Christingle Service
We are thrilled and delighted that Reverend Child has agreed to hold a Christingle Service at our school. It will take place next Thursday (10th) after morning registration. A Christingle service will bring the magic of a Christian Christmas into our school. Each child will make a Christingle and a few will light them for the service. Adults are very welcome to join us. All families will receive a collection candle and all money will be sent to The Children's Society. If you would like to read about Christingle please click here.
Posada
For two years the school has looked after Mary and Joseph for an evening as they travelled around Seaburn and Fulwell. This year Reverend Child has set up the school's own Posada so Mary and Joseph will travel to different classes. One child will be able to take them home for the evening to look after, with the adults in the house, write an imaginary diary entry and return Mary and Joseph back to school the following day.
