At Seaburn Dene Primary School, our Anti-Bullying Team, selected from across the school, plays a vital role in promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all pupils. They help raise awareness of bullying, support their peers, and encourage positive behaviour throughout the school.
The Anti-Bullying Team helps to:
Organise and promote anti-bullying initiatives, campaigns, and themed days
Support pupils who may feel isolated or need someone to talk to
Raise awareness of what bullying is and how to respond appropriately
Encourage kindness, respect, and inclusion in all areas of school life
Share messages about positive behaviour in assemblies and displays
Provide ideas and feedback to staff on ways to improve the school environment
Team members meet regularly to plan activities, reflect on the impact of their initiatives, and review any issues raised by pupils. Through their dedication and leadership, the Anti-Bullying Team helps ensure that everyone in our school feels safe, supported, and valued.
