We Can't Do It.......... Yet!
This mantra has become the Seaburn Way. Now we won't ever give up at the first hurdle because we know that with practice, practice, practice we will eventually be able to succeed. It's all about effort and resilience so, when spellings are hard and times tables difficult, remember to say to your children "you can't do it YET but if we keep trying you will get it!"
Congratulations To Our Friend Simon Harmer
A baby is always wonderful news but especially so when you are Simon Harmer. Simon is the Invictus athlete who spent a day with us last year. Having stood on an IED and lost his legs, doctors did not think children would be possible. However, his family welcomed adorable Emilia, baby number 3 at the weekend. That's resilience and determination! Congratulations to Simon and his wife from all the children, staff and families at Seaburn Dene Primary School.
