End of term and looking forward to 2019

After an extremely busy but wonderfully festive week, we're on the last few hours of school, before heading home for Christmas. Every class has danced their pants off at their class parties and we are finishing the term with a  calming traditional Christmas assembly, featuring our school choir and readings from staff.

 

We return to school refreshed and ready to learn on Monday 7th January 2019 and break up on Friday 15th February for half term. It only goes for me to wish you a wonderful Christmas and New Year.

 

Coming up in the Spring term:

 

Week 1-

  • Sex and relationship lessons.
  • Design Technology days.
  • Launch of the Seaburn Dene 500 word writing competition.

 

Week Ending 1st February

  • School disco - after school 31/1/19

 

Week Ending 8th February

      Inter-house times table challenge.

      RNLI water safety workshops.

 

Week ending Friday 15th February-

  • Science Week.
  • Kingswood Residential - Yr 4 and 5 - 13/2/19 - 15/2/18.

 

Thursday March 1st-World Book Day. This year's theme is villains and heroes.

 

Week ending 15th March

  • Parents Evenings.
  • The Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe by M & M Productions.
